- We use PayFast as our secure, third-party payment gateway. By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to PayFast's terms of service.
- Hugo Christian does not store or process your credit card information directly.
- Orders will only be processed and dispatched once full payment has cleared in our account.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer delivery across South Africa.
- Free Delivery: Orders totaling R650.00 or more qualify for free standard delivery.
- Orders below R650.00 will incur a standard non-refundable delivery fee, calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and depend on our courier partners. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.
5. Return and Refund Policy
- We enforce a strict no refund, no return, and no exchange policy on all purchases. Please ensure you consult our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.
